Jeremy Lin played 27 minutes total in this year’s NBA playoffs, but he’s a champion just the same as a member of the Raptors.
The longtime point guard – the first Asian-American player to be on a title-winning team – celebrated with his teammates at Oracle Arena, Lin’s first NBA home court while a member of the Warriors.

The sight of Lin on the championship podium was amusing to those who reside on Twitter, many of whom made the observation that Lin now leads former Knicks teammate/adversary Carmelo Anthony – and a host of other NBA luninaries – 1-0 in Finals.
Lin and Anthony were teammates in New York for part of the 2011-12 season, aka the period of Linsanity. Melo reportedly was not happy (see here, here and here) that Lin became a sensation (and the Knicks won games) while Anthony was injured, and wanted the Knicks not to keep him.
Lin signed a three-year, $25.1 million offer sheet with the Rockets as a restricted free agent in 2012. The Knicks declined to match the backloaded offer.
