Matt Riddle has not been in WWE for very long, but several fans already see him as being a big player for the company someday. WWE officials also seem to notice Riddle’s potential, as he will be making his official Madison Square Garden debut later on this week. Riddle will wrestler in MSG for the first time in his career in a 10-man tag team match with Aleister Black, Pete Dunne, Ricochet, and The Velveteen Dream, against The Undisputed Era and Tommaso Ciampa during a WWE live event this Wednesady. Riddle took to Twitter to comment on his upcoming “DeButt” in the famous New York arena. This may be the biggest stage that the “King of Bros” has performed on yet, so hopefully he can and the rest of the NXT stars can make an impact in MSG.
Wow I just can’t stop ??! If you haven’t heard my year isn’t over and I get to wrestle in the Legendary MSG in NYC on the RAW brand, which makes this my biggest DeButt of 2018 and it’s gonna be the DeButts of all DeButts! #bro #stallion #wwe #raw #wwenxt #wwenetwork #debutts pic.twitter.com/mBVtHdolDQ

2019 is just around the corner, and as usual, WWE is gearing up for the new year. Several brand new talent signings are expected to be announced in January, and a couple of new shows may be coming to the WWE Network very soon as well. It appears that WWE just took the next step towards making those shows official. PWInsider has learned that trademarks for the new ‘Fashion Files: Cold Case Unit’ and ‘WWE Smackdown Kitchen’ shows were filed last week. WWE is also in the process of opposing trademarks filed for ‘Halloween Havoc’ and ‘Sister Abigail,’ both of which were filed for wrestling purposes from other companies/persons. The brand new shows are expected to debut on the WWE Network later in the week.
PAC hasn’t been wrestling very much this year, but in what little amount of time that he has been competing in 2018, he has continued to show why he may be one of the best wrestlers in the world today. PAC (formerly known as Neville) returned to Dragon Gate earlier this year after leaving WWE and waiting out the remainder of his contract with the promotion since late 2017. PAC has started taking more independent bookings lately, and his first match for 2019 has just been announced. UK promotion Defiant Wrestling confirmed that PAC will be coming in to take on David Starr during a Loaded show on January 5th. PAC has only been back in action since October, but with 2019 completely open for him, it will be exciting to see what the former Cruiserweight Champion can accomplish.
